At Moonie Crossroads we don’t just have airconditioned comfortable accommodation! We also have ice cold beers on tap, coffee to rival any city coffee house, great steaks and an ambience that reflects our laid back, friendly attitude.
OUR ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES
Our recently refurbished motel accommodation provides 3 choices of clean rooms suitable for everyone from the solo traveller to the family with kids of all ages. All rooms come with must have air conditioning and tv. Our superior and standard rooms both feature private ensuites, whilst the three cosy single rooms have everything you need to get a peaceful sleep.
For the caravan traveller, we have a large 20 site caravan park. 10 of these sites are powered. The onsite showers and toilets are clean and well maintained, and security lighting abound the property for complete peace of mind.
MOONIE CROSSROADS FACILITIES
We aren’t just a motel. We aren’t just a caravan park. We are a welcome road house haven for
the traveller, featuring:
- A BP Service Station where the fuel is always competitively priced
- A servo shop with yummy goodies (ice creams, choccies, lollies, snacks) and ice cold drinks
- A supplies shop stocking a range of clothing, apparel, footwear, mechanical basics (examples: lubes, oils, essential parts), basic groceries
- A gourmet coffee house (Coffee on Leichhardt) where we make coffee that rivals that of any city coffee house
- A cafe with a selection of food items, from yummy pies and chips, to sandwiches and salads – we even have a Rosies Chicken franchise on site for delicious fried chicken anytime!
- A bottle shop with competitively priced alcoholic beverages
- A restaurant with seriously good steaks
- A beer garden, featuring Jumbo our grey elephant!
- Immerse yourself in our large John Murray art exhibition (many of which are originals kindly on loan from the artist himself)
- We also have the largest feral pig display in the Southern Hemisphere!
- And if that wasn’t enough, we have a pool table, great music and laid back, country hospitality
- A fully licensed pub with ice cold beers on tap, a selection of spirits and pre mixed drinks, and even a range of wines by the glass.
